Microsoft applications are making progress on Android. Joining the positions of applications like Word and One Drive, Excel has passed one billion downloads on the Play Store. Microsoft's spreadsheet tool still leads Google Sheets on Android, whose local application hit 500 million installs recently.
A few devices, similar to Samsung's Galaxy Note10 line, accompany Excel (just as a few other Microsoft applications) pre-installed, so only one out of every odd one of those one billion was purposeful. In any case, it's a great figure. There are as yet various Microsoft applications yet to hit the achievement, including OneNote and PowerPoint.
